files or another type of file.
A: You probably have RealPlayer installed on
your computer and RealPlayer is
converting the mp3 file in the download process to another file
type. To fix the problem disable RealPlayer
or uninstall it from your machine and re-download your files.

How do I save mp3's (or .zip file) to my hard drive?
A: Right click the download link, then
left
click Save
Link As or
Save Target As, find a directory you're
familiar with, name the file,

Q: Can I download the whole file/album at once or can I download each individual
track?
A: We provide you with not only the option to download the whole file/album
at once, but you can also choose to download each individual track. The whole
file/album is delivered to you as a Zip File. You will need run WinZip to unzip
the file to get each individual track as an MP3. If you choose to download
each individual track, those will download as MP3 and do not require WinZip.
*Special Note: You have to run WinZip to get each individual
MP3 track if you download the Zip file. You can not play a Zip file on any
media player. Q: I don't have WinZip on my computer.

Q: It takes too long to dowload,
can I make it download faster?
A: Because of the size of
mp3 files and because modems, your service
provider and the internet itself can
slow your download time,
sometimes
it's best to install
a download manager. With this utility, you can restart interrupted
downloads, schedule downloads and reduce overall download times.
You can even download mp3's while you sleep. There's a number of

Q: I am on dial-up internet connection--will this be a problem
for downloading files?
A: Due to the large file
size of our downloadable products, we recommend that only broadband/hi-speed/cable/DSL
internet users purchase our MP3s. Depending on the file size of
your product, download times will vary. For
dial-up users we recommend that you purchase the CD version of
these products.
Q: How long will it take
to download the MP3 files?
A: Depending
on the MP3 that you purchase, dowload times will vary. Click

MP3 files range in size from 3 MB to .25 GB.
Q: I don't know my internet connection
speed. How can I find out?
A: You can test your
connection speed online. Click

Q: Can I share my MP3 files or make copies for
my friends?
A: Duplication or distribution of these copyrighted
audios in any format is strictly prohibited. Q: Can I download the MP3 audio files more than once?
A: No. Once you download your file, you will
not be able to download it again. Please make sure that you
save the audio
files to a directory on your computer that you will remember.
